Writing Blogs

Weaviate has always been and will continue to be an open source vector search engine. To highlight this, we want to give Weaviate users and community members the best developer experience possible by offering plenty of tutorials and examples.

Are you good at creating content? Do you enjoy educating and engaging with community and have a strong interest in open source? You can help Weaviate by writing blog posts, tutorials, and creating demo applications. We will store them in our Awesome Weaviate repository and help your content reach out to other developers!

Go ahead and submit a pull request in Awesome Weaviate repository today!

Contribute to the community by writing a blog post about Weaviate.

You could also contribute by writing a blog post about Weaviate. It could be anything! An experience about your Weaviate journey, concepts you've learnt and used with Weaviate like vector search engines, and guides on how to integrate Weaviate with something...It could be anywhere! We accept article submissions on any well-known platform, such as Medium, Dev.to, HashNode, your own blogging site or something else.

A few things to note:

  • Your article must be freely accessible to the public
  • Your article should use weaviate tag
  • Your article should contain code blocks rather than screenshots of actual code.
  • You should self review your article once before creating a pull request

Ready to write great technical blogs? Let's go! We welcome as many articles as you can create. One thing to keep in mind: quality over quantity.

After you are done with publishing your article, create a pull request in Awesome Weaviate repsository by filling out the template.

You should take a look at this Developer Style Guide by freeCodeCamp, which can assist you in producing outstanding technical content!
